Privacy Policy
Refill Me runs a community soap and detergent refill station in Littleton, Colorado. This page explains what information we collect when you pay for refills on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send your receipt.
- Your order: what you took, the amounts, scents, prices, sales tax, total and when you paid.
- Payment details, which you enter with our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal (including Venmo). We never see or store your full card number. They share limited details with us, such as the card type and last four digits, so we can match payments to orders.
- Technical details saved with each order: your IP address, your browser type, and how you reached the site (for example, the QR code at the station or a direct link).
We don’t ask for your name, address or phone number, and you don’t need an account to pay.
How we use it
- To take your payment and email your receipt.
- To keep records for bookkeeping and Colorado sales tax.
- To look up an order, fix mistakes and issue refunds.
- To understand how many people use the station and how they find it.
- To keep the website secure.
We don’t sell or rent your information, we don’t show ads, and we don’t send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the store work, and only what they need:
- Stripe and PayPal, which process payments under their own privacy policies.
- Our web host, which stores the website and its data.
- Our email delivery service, which sends your receipt.
- Our bookkeeper or tax preparer, and government authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a few small files called cookies that it needs to work. One remembers what’s in your cart until you pay. Others note how you arrived at the site, which is saved with your order.
We count visits with Koko Analytics, which runs on our own server, doesn’t share data with anyone and doesn’t follow you to other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including your email address, for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and taxes, usually up to seven years. Visit statistics are kept only as totals.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email brian@m33.co from the address you used at checkout, and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records to meet tax and accounting rules.
Children
The store isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
